My wife is from here. I have a 5 year old daughter and a son that was born on Wednesday in a public hospital in Liberia. What I was saying it that the ineffective leadership of the Costa Rican government has created a PR nightmare for the very same government’s Bureau of Tourism, and the ICT is being unfairly targeted via social media – people should be bitching at Laura and her cronies, not the guys who were hired to make Costa Rica warm and fuzzy. Costa Rica and most of its people are wonderful. It’s Costa Rican leadership that stinks. ¿Pura vida o pura mierda? A veces son los dos al mismo tiempo.

The thing with tourism is that, the economical power of my country is based on that…. so if you are trying to cut off people from visiting my country is fucking up everything for all of us (the Costa Rican citizens), and we are just like you, really mad at our president, and i can assure you that. So what im saying is that i understand your point of it, and this shit sucks. But dont fuck us up by saying to your friends, do not visit costa rica because that country is the devil….
